Help Darfur Now: Ridge High School

Pictured left to right, Jerry Ehrlich, Alex Valentino, Arielle Wisotsky, and Kristen Povolny.

Help Darfur Now - Ridge was formed in January 2006 by high school students from Ridge High School in Basking Ridge, NJ.

The Ridge chapter had an assembly on April 18, 2006 to raise awareness about the genocide. Guest speaker was Dr. Jerry Erhlich a veteran volunteer for Doctors Without Borders. Dr. Ehrlich worked in Darfur and smuggled out pictures and drawings made by children of Kalma, Darfur's largest and most notorius refugee camp.
