Help Darfur Now: Hamburg HS Chapter

Help Darfur Now is proud to welcome the students from Hamburg High School in Hamburg New York as well as their advisor, English teacher Matt Meader.

Hamburg HS in the process of preparing for our AFRICA AWARENESS WEEK (April 23-27).

The students plan to:

• sell T-shirts and bracelets
• run a homeroom change drive
• show Hotel Rwanda and sell baked goods before, during intermission, and after the film
• hang banners and posters around the school to raise awareness
• daily announcements to the student body
• end the week with Wear your Darfur T-shirt Day
